06/02/2023 Solar battery SN 01-15-00006294 Been to your office in Abuja in December 2022, to complain about my spoiled battery, which I am still within the warranty period. You people did nothing about it. I want to believe that you are waiting for the warranty to elapse. If not why would you not change the system to another one knowing full well that I have completed my payment and now suffering without light. Expecting your quick response. I shall send a copy of this to Consumer Protection Complain Agency
